Information you provide
When you contact us, we receive the details you choose to share. The website enquiry form, when available, collects your name, email address, organisation, optional phone number, service interest, message and agreement to be contacted about that enquiry. Do not submit passwords, confidential documents or sensitive personal information.
How information is used
We use enquiry information to respond, understand your requirements and discuss potential services. Agreeing to contact about an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the website and enquiry endpoint. When email delivery is configured, Resend processes the enquiry to send it to our team. The optional booking calendar is operated by Calendly; booking details are processed through that service. These providers may process technical information and data outside your country. Google Fonts supplies font files on pages that request them and receives connection information such as your IP address.
Technical information and storage
Hosting and security systems may process information such as IP addresses, request times and device or browser information. The enquiry endpoint does not log message contents or contact details. The site remembers your privacy choice locally on your device. See the Cookie Policy.
Retention and security
Enquiries are delivered to our business mailbox and retained only as needed to respond, manage the relationship and meet applicable obligations. We use technical and organisational safeguards to protect information. Please contact us to discuss retention or request deletion of your enquiry.
Your requests
Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, to object to processing, or to withdraw agreement to further contact. Requests are handled subject to applicable requirements and any information we need to retain. You may also raise concerns with the relevant data-protection authority.

Booking email verification
Before opening the booking calendar on this website, we send a verification code to your email through Resend. Verification records in Upstash Redis contain your email address and a protected code value and expire after ten minutes. Protected email and network identifiers are used for request limits for up to one hour. After verification, your email is passed to Calendly to prefill the booking form. These providers process information to deliver verification and scheduling services.
